You can use the calendar below to choose your preferred date and time for your consultation.
Please note: due to internet limitations in Iran, the calendar might not load properly at times. You can access it more easily by turning on your VPN.

If that’s difficult for you, no worries—just send us a message on Telegram with your details, and we’ll reserve a time for you manually. You can also call us directly if you prefer.

After booking, please make sure to join the meeting using the link that will be sent to your email. We usually join 5 minutes early to prepare.

All sessions are recorded and the video file will be available on Google Drive for up to one year.

❓ How do I book a consultation?

You can book your appointment using the calendar below. Simply select the date and time that works best for you.

❓ What if the calendar doesn't load?

Due to internet restrictions in Iran, the calendar may not load properly. We recommend turning on your VPN to access it.
If that doesn’t work, just message us on Telegram or give us a call, and we’ll book it for you manually.

❓ How long is the consultation?

Each consultation session typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your case.

❓ IS THE CONSULTATION FREE?

The first session is usually free, especially for Startup Visa applicants who are already in our application funnel. For more advanced business planning sessions, a fee may apply—we’ll let you know in advance.

❓ WILL THE SESSION BE RECORDED?

Yes, all sessions are recorded (with your consent).
The video file will be stored securely on Google Drive and available for up to one year after the meeting.

❓ Is the consultation online or in person?

All sessions are online via Google Meet.
If you need an in-person meeting, that can be arranged after a contract is signed.
